Overview
The sinter facility is used for the process of making sintered ore measuring 5 - 50 mm by mixing natural iron ore powder with cokes and calcium oxide.
Based on our proven technology capability and the experience we have gained over a long period of time, we provided the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of sinter facilities at home and abroad, including sinter plants at integrated steelworks in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Further, we successfully completed the sinter plant projects in the Pohang and KL steelworks, the BSL sinter plant revamping project in Australia, the ESCO sinter plant project in . Especially, No.5 sinter plant at KL steelworks is the world's largest sintering plant with capacity of 600㎥.
