Philosophy of Win-Win Growth
Background
It has become established practice in recent years to use Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an index determining corporate sustainability.
Indeed, there is an international standard for sustainability due to come out soon. Having already recognized the importance of cooperative relationships with subcontractors, QUINERGY has implemented activities for shared growth with SMEs enterprise-wide. In December 2019, QUINERGY organized the Mutual Cooperation Team to reinforce win-win cooperation with SMEs and, in February 2020, it reorganized and expanded the team into a Win-Win Growth Group.
To march and grow together as a cooperative companion, QUINERGY has been implementing various activities, including benefit sharing, financial support, product development under purchase, SME job training and win-win growth supporters for SMEs.
