Cold Rolling/Process Line
Overview
The process is used to produce CGI (Continuous Galvanized Iron) by producing, at first, full hard material through picing and rolling in the PCM (Picing and Cold Rolling) and heating them to a certain temperature, cold rolling them, removing any stress and granting required ductility
them, deposit-plating them through the hot dip pot and controlling the amount of plating adhesion with an air knife.
