Long Product Plant
Overview
The long product process consists of the electric furnace steel manufacturing process to produce molten steel through the melting and secondary refining of scrap and reduced iron, the continuous casting process to produce billets by solidifying molten steel, and the rolling mill process to produce rebars (deformed bar, round bar, and plain bar), section bars and wire rods through the hot rolling process. The Mini Mill requires a low initial investment cost and is capable of producing a variety of products. It is an eco-friendly process that enables the recycling of scrap iron.
